Zheng-Xiang Ye is now a master student in the GSB program. He is passionate about bioinformatics and systems biology. Currently he is working on building the interaction network between chemical compounds and their protein targets. During his time in Steven’s lab, he dedicated himself to analyzing the biological pathways in bateria that may help the promotion of plant growth and developing a model to evaluate the potential bacterial species that can be commercialized as biofertilizers.
